Heavenly Father,
I come before You in humility and sorrow for my sins.
I confess that I have sinned against You in my thoughts, my words, and my actions.
I acknowledge that Your ways are righteous and holy, and that I have fallen short of Your glory.
Lord, I turn away from my sin and ask for Your mercy.
Forgive me through the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who died and rose again so that sinners like me might be forgiven and made new.
Create in me a clean heart, O God,
and renew a steadfast spirit within me.
Teach me to walk in Your ways, to love what is good, and to follow Christ faithfully.
Fill me with Your Holy Spirit,
that I may live a life pleasing to You,
bearing fruit in righteousness and truth.
I trust not in my own goodness, but in the grace of Jesus Christ alone.
Thank You for Your mercy, Your forgiveness, and Your love.
